Established in 1991
Our History
Unitan Construction & Development Corporation (UCDC) was established and founded by the late Neri Yeo Tan. Unitan Construction & Development Corporation is a PCAB Licensed “AAA” General Building Contractor with more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry.
Its main task was to support the civil and structural engineering works of the mother company, Unison Machine Works Inc., whose main operation was in the steel fabrication business. Hence, the two companies were merged and the former as the surviving entity. The merged company later on expanded to Civil, Structural, Architectural, Electrical and Mechanical Works.
With UNITAN’s good credit standing, vast technical support and continuous research and development from our local/foreign partners and suppliers, the company has established a good working and harmonious relationship with its clients.
